With extensive experience in high-acuity acute care nursing, Jacquelene brings a strong foundation of clinical skill, critical thinking, and attention to detail with every treatment. With a background in nursing research and evidence-based practice, she approaches aesthetic care with precision, intention, and compassion.

Jacquelene is currently pursuing her MSN-FNP at George Mason University and has a true passion for aesthetic medicine. As a former CrossFit coach, she spent years focused on the muscles of the body. Now, in medical aesthetics, she brings that same love of anatomy and precision to the muscles of the face—helping clients achieve natural, balanced results.

Outside of work, she loves hiking, spending time with her family, and caring for her English bulldog, Murphy.

Laura Bennett

As a seasoned registered nurse, Laura brings a strong background in emergency and trauma care, medical-surgical nursing, and aesthetic wellness. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from James Madison University, along with a minor in Medical Spanish.

After beginning her career in medical-surgical and oncology nursing, Laura transitioned to the Emergency Department, where she cared for critically ill patients and assisted with advanced, high-acuity procedures. She now brings that same precision, attention to detail, and clinical excellence into aesthetic medicine, helping clients achieve safe, natural, and confidence-boosting results.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her two kids and family, crocheting, and relaxing with a good cup of coffee and a great book.

Catherine Foster

Catherine is a results-driven Master Aesthetician and Laser Technician with over 15 years of clinical experience in Medi-spas, Dermatology offices and Plastic Surgery practices.  She has distinguished strengths in enhancing patients skin using the latest technology and continued higher education.  Catherine possesses a special talent for analyzing skin and determining a successful plan of treatment for the best result.  

Catherine has a pleasant disposition with a proven track record of practicing safe, effective and hygienic aesthetics.  She listens carefully to her patients concerns about their appearance, their lifestyle and budget to effectively determine successful treatments and to provide a level of service that is unmatched.  Catherine delivers an experience that is undeniably unique to each person she encounters. 

Master Aesthetician

Yuliia Storozheva

Yuliia is a dedicated Master Esthetician whose journey began in 2023 after facing her own challenges with sensitive skin. What started as a search for the right products soon grew into a deep passion for helping others achieve healthy, radiant skin.
She loves performing advanced treatments like microneedling, but also finds joy in creating customized facials that allow her to provide a truly personalized experience for each client. She believes in empowering clients through education and a caring experience, always emphasizing the importance of a consistent skincare routine - especially daily SPF (her non-negotiable favorite!).
When she’s not in the treatment room, Yuliia enjoys spending time outdoors camping and hiking with her husband, reading a good book, and planning their next adventure.

Cheryl Skinner

Cheryl is a Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience including ICU, cardiology, pain management, surgical, and plastics. She received her BSN from George Mason and her master's from Shenandoah. She loves providing a wholistic anti-aging and wellness experience to her patients and does so with a professional and compassionate demeanor.

Outside of work she loves being outdoors, and spending time with her horse and dogs.

Amanda Dayton

Amanda, the founder and primary Nurse Practitioner of Enhanced, has been involved in the aesthetics and wellness industry since 2012. Before that she gained experience as an inpatient RN in emergency and geriatric medicine.

Amanda specializes in a variety of aesthetic and wellness treatments such as full facial rejuvenation, addressing hormonal imbalances, and weight loss. She is a certified Biote provider and holds certifications as an injector from Allergan and Galderma. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and horses.

Spa Manager & Wellness, MA

Melissa Watson

With 20 years of experience in urology, Melissa brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and a heartfelt passion for patient care to her role as the Spa Manager. Her medical background gives her a deep understanding of wellness and recovery, while her warm, personable approach helps patients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Melissa is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and believes that true beauty starts from within. 

Outside the clinic, she loves spending her free time with family and leads a creatively fulfilling life. She owns a flower truck business with her brother combining her love of floral design with community connection.  A proud wife and mother to a wonderful son, she shares her home with three adorable french bulldogs. Whether in the clinic, at home, or behind the flower truck, she brings heart, creativity, and dedication to everything she does.

With a wealth of experience in the field of Aesthetics, Plastics, and Dermatology, Ada has discovered a passion for guiding patients on their aesthetic and wellness journey. Her exceptional skill set, and years of product knowledge assists our clients in achieving their skincare goals. She's our providers "right hand woman" and will be happy to help guide you through your Enhanced journey should you be brand new to Enhanced, or a "seasoned" member of our family. 

Outside of work she is a proud mother of two who enjoys art, gardening, makeup, and skincare.

Our front desk administrator with over 10 years of experience, contributes to the success of Enhanced by ensuring smooth operations, guiding our clients through their beauty and wellness journey, and does so with caring vibes that stem from her life experiences in Hawaii. She strives to bring her customer service mindset to each Enhanced client to ensure a pleasant visit every time.

Outside of work she values time spent with friends and her kids.

Born and raised in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, Dillon is a proud Winchester native with a passion for style, wellness, and community. Outside of work, Dillon enjoys restoring her farmhouse, fashion, and quality time with her beloved pet bunny. With a growing interest in health and wellness, Dillon is grateful to be part of a supportive, women-led team where learning and growth are encouraged every day!

Originally from Texas, Anissa brings a background in healthcare operations and client-centered service. With a passion for growth and excellence, Anissa received dual Master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration and Business Administration. She is dedicated to creating a seamless, elevated experience for every client while supporting the team behind the scenes to operate at the highest level.

Outside of work, Anissa enjoys traveling,  trying new restaurants, and training future service dogs, a big passion of hers.
